Background 

In 1996, our journey commenced with a law degree from the prestigious Tunisian Armed Forces. 

Building upon this foundation, we pursued a Master's Degree in Political Sciences at the esteemed University of Law in Tunis, which we successfully completed in 1998.

Early Career Success 

Without delay, we embarked on an exciting career path, assuming the role of claims manager for a prominent consortium of shipping companies, representing three industry giants of that era. This invaluable experience allowed us to immerse ourselves in the intricacies of maritime law and cultivate a profound expertise in safeguarding the interests of our esteemed clients: Grimaldi, GNV, Senator, and P&ONedlloyd Lines.

Becoming Maritime Law Experts 

Fuelled by our unwavering passion, we dedicated ourselves tirelessly to the field, earning the reputation of a true maritime law expert. For seven years, we provided invaluable counsel to shipowners and charterers serving major Tunisian ports, including Bizerte, Radès, La Goulette, Sousse, Sfax, and Gabès. To complement our practical experience, we pursued further academic enrichment in France, culminating in the successful completion of our master's degree II research in business and maritime law at Nantes University, renowned for its esteemed Center for Maritime and Oceanic Law.

Maritime Lawyers 

In 2006, with our enriched knowledge, we returned to Tunisia to join the Tunisian Bar Association and began practicing as a dedicated maritime lawyer. Over our illustrious 17-year career, we have consistently demonstrated our unwavering dedication to our clients, consistently going the extra mile to safeguard their interests.
